1. OVERVIEW
At Amanda Threads Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be intact.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (Safety & Hygiene)
Because we deal with beauty and personal care products, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened or used skincare creams, serums, and makeup products.
- Personal care tools that have been used.
- Gift cards.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items purchased during a “Clearance Sale” or with a heavy discount coupon are non-refundable.
4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at amandaventuremarking@gmail.com.
- Note: We require clear photos or a short video of the damaged product to process your replacement or refund.
5. THE REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at amandaventuremarking@gmail.com.
7. SHIPPING RETURNS
To return your product, please email us first to receive the correct return address.
- Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
